研究目的：

研究旨在验证食用大蒜对降低鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率的效果，评估其对黏膜炎严重程度、发生及持续时间的影响，据此提出护理方案，具优化护理、健教、学术推广及成本效益分析价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to verify the effect of garlic consumption on reducing the incidence of radiation-induced oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). It will evaluate its impact on the severity, onset, and duration of mucositis, and propose a nursing plan based on the findings. This study holds value in optimizing nursing care, health education, academic promotion, and cost-benefit analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、病理确诊鼻咽癌（ WHO II-III 型）， 计划接受 IMRT (≥60 Gy） 2 、年龄≥18 岁， KPS≥80， 口腔黏膜完整（ WHO 0 级）3 、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma (WHO Type II-III) scheduled to receive IMRT (>= 60 Gy); 2.Aged >= 18 years, KPS score >= 80, and intact oral mucosa (WHO Grade 0); 3.Having signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1 、对大蒜素过敏或 4 周内使用其他黏膜保护剂2 、活动性口腔感染 、 自身免疫病 、严重肝肾功能不全3 、妊娠 、精神障碍或既往头颈部放疗史4 、有其他口腔疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergic to allicin or having used other mucosal protective agents within 4 weeks; 2.Active oral infection, autoimmune diseases, or severe hepatic/renal insufficiency; 3.Pregnancy, mental disorders, or a history of previous head and neck radiotherapy; 4.Patients with other oral diseases.

The raw data will be directionally shared with research participants from collaborating institutions (School of Nursing, Fujian Medical University; School of Nursing, Fudan University). The sharing method is as follows: after the completion of the trial, the data will be sent via a secure data transmission platform (such as the hospital's internal FTP/encrypted email), including case record form metadata and analysis protocols, to ensure data security and compliance.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用标准化病例记录表（CRF）采集患者基本信息、治疗过程、不良反应等数据；自行设计电子表格结合纸质CRF进行电子数据采集与管理，实时录入、审核数据，确保数据准确性与完整性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Standardized Case Report Forms (CRFs) will be used to collect data such as patients' basic information, treatment processes, and adverse reactions. A self-designed electronic spreadsheet combined with paper CRFs will be adopted for electronic data collection and management. Data will be entered and reviewed in real-time to ensure accuracy and completeness.
