研究目的：

评估自体神经移植与神经牵拉原位修复在治疗周围神经损伤缺损中的疗效差异。 对比两种治疗方法的安全性和神经修复长度，感觉有效恢复率，肌力有效恢复率，再手术率，并发症发生率。 分析影响治疗效果的潜在因素,如患者的年龄、性别、损伤部位等。 探讨自体神经移植与神经牵拉原位修复的长期效果及患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the differences in efficacy between autologous nerve transplantation and nerve stretching in-situ repair in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury defects. Compare the safety, nerve repair length, effective sensory recovery rate, effective muscle strength recovery rate, reoperation rate, and complication rate of the two treatment methods. Analyze potential factors affecting treatment outcomes, such as the patient's age, gender, and injury site. Explore the long-term effects and patient satisfaction of autologous nerve transplantation and nerve stretching in-situ repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究预期能够明确自体神经移植与神经牵拉原位修复在治疗周围神经损伤缺损中的疗效差异，为临床医生提供更科学的治疗选择依据。同时，通过对比两种治疗方法的安全性和并发症发生率，可以为患者提供更安全有效的治疗方案。此外，本研究还将探讨影响治疗效果的潜在因素，为未来的临床实践提供参考。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为周围神经重度损伤患者； 2.年龄在18-65岁之间； 3.旋前方肌和旋前圆肌肌力正常； 4.神经损伤或神经手术后12个月内； 5.愿意参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with severe peripheral nerve injury; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Pronator quadratus and pronator teres muscle strength were normal; 4. Within 12 months after nerve injury or nerve surgery; 5. Willing to participate in this study and signed the informed consent for

排除标准：

1.合并以下情况之一的患者：糖尿病、神经元病、神经肌肉系统疾病、精神系统疾病、严重心肺等器官功能不全； 2.年龄小于18岁或大于65岁； 3.患者或家属没有完全性认知能力或拒绝参加本研究； 4.无法配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with one of the following conditions: diabetes mellitus, neuronal disease, neuromuscular disease, psychiatric disease, severe cardiopulmonary and other organ dysfunction; 2. Age less than 18 years old or more than 65 years old; 3. Patients or their family members did not have complete cognitive ability or refused to participate in the study; 4. Unable to cooperate with follow-up visits.
