研究目的：

本研究旨在基于结直肠癌患者的增强CT和MRI多模态影像数据，构建一个端到端的深度学习分析框架，通过融合影像组学特征和深度学习方法，实现结直肠癌病灶的自动分割、病理分级预测及预后风险评估。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop an end-to-end deep learning framework based on multiparametric contrast-enhanced CT and MRI data from colorectal cancer patients. By integrating radiomic features with deep learning methodologies, the framework will achieve automated tumor segmentation, pathological grading prediction, and prognostic risk assessment for colorectal cancer lesions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁； 2.术前2周内进行MRI检查； 3.经手术组织病理证实的为直肠腺癌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years; 2. Preoperative MRI performed within 2 weeks before surgery; 3. Histopathologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma (via surgical specimen).

排除标准：

1.MRI检查前接受过直肠手术或盆腔放、化疗者； 2.合并恶性肿瘤或既往抗癌治疗； 3.肿瘤过小，无法准确识别；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Prior rectal surgery or pelvic radiotherapy/chemotherapy before MRI examination; 2. Concurrent malignant tumors or history of anticancer therapy; 3. Tumors too small for accurate identification.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性观察研究，数据采集涉及从医院病例记录表采集的临床信息，如性别，年龄等；此外，涉及从医院影像系统采集的图像数据，dicom格式。在研究过程中，我们将抹除患者的敏感信息。

This retrospective observational study utilizes clinical data extracted from hospital medical records (including gender, age, etc.) and DICOM-format imaging data from the hospital PACS system. All sensitive patient identifiers will be rigorously anonymized during data processing.
