研究目的：

本研究拟对比高血糖患者与正常患者种植同期引导性骨组织再生术后种植体周组织预后的差异，同时初步探索高血糖对种植同期引导性骨组织再生术后种植体周组织影响的相关机制，分析血糖控制对种植体周组织预后及炎症因子表达的影响，为缺牙区骨量不足的高血糖患者提供种植治疗的临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the differences in tissue prognosis between patients with hyperglycemia and normal patients after implant surgery with simultaneous guided bone regeneration, preliminarily explore the mechanism of the impact of hyperglycemia on tissue prognosis, and analyze the significance of blood glycemic control for patients with hyperglycemia after implant surgery with simultaneous guided bone regeneration, so as to provide clinical reference for implantation therapy for patients with hyperglycemia who have insufficient bone mass in the edentulous region.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁 2.第 1 组：医学诊断为高血糖的患者（FPG >= 5.6mmol/L ）； 3.第 2 组：血糖正常的患者（3.9mmol/L＜FPG＜5.6mmol/L ）； 4.种植植骨完成骨愈合并已行终修复至少1年及以上

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 18 years 2. Group 1: Patients with medically diagnosed hyperglycemia (FPG >= 5.6mmol/L); 3. Group 2: Patients with normal blood glucose (3.9mmol/L

排除标准：

1.各种除了高血糖外的严重系统性疾病、严重口腔内感染、严重精神疾患、女性妊娠/哺乳期等不适宜进行口腔内治疗操作的患者 2.持续的牙周病和骨质流失（有牙周科诊疗记录） 3.头颈部放疗史、化疗史 4.无法维持基本的口腔卫生程序 5.在过去 90 天内使用非甾体抗炎药、抗生素、双膦酸盐和/或类固醇 6.拒绝参与本试验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with various serious systemic diseases other than hyperglycemia, severe oral infections, severe mental illness, female pregnancy/lactation, etc. who are not suitable for oral treatment 2. Persistent periodontal disease and bone loss (with periodontal diagnosis and treatment records) 3. History of head and neck radiotherapy and chemotherapy 4. Inability to maintain basic oral hygiene routines 5. Use of NSAIDs, antibiotics, bisphosphonates, and/or steroids within the past 90 days 6. Refusal to participate in this trial

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.实验数据通过伦理审查后从医院信息科拷贝后，将由专人（口腔种植科王宇副主任医师负责保管），分析所用软硬件均为院内网电脑，无流出至外网风险。 2.数据处理严格按照纳入标准及排除标准，缺失数据、未用数据和不合逻辑数据将按排除标准排除。 3.明确定义用于统计分析的受试者数据集。 4.有关受试者身份的所有记录均予以保密，并且在相关法律和/或法规允许的范围之外这些资料不对外公开。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. After ethical review, the experimental data will be copied from the hospital information department and kept by a dedicated person (Deputy Chief Physician Wang Yu of the Dental Implant Department). The software and hardware used for analysis are all internal network computers, and there is no risk of leakage to external networks. 2. Data processing strictly follows the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and missing, unused, and illogical data will be excluded according to the exclusion criteria. 3. Clearly define the subject dataset used for statistical analysis. 4. All records related to the identity of the subjects shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to the public beyond the scope permitted by relevant laws and/or regulations.
