研究目的：

（1）揭示胃癌患者术后1年体重变化的潜在异质性轨迹； （2）解析体重变化轨迹的多维度影响因素； （3）探索体重变化轨迹与术后预后的关联性； （4）提供胃癌术后体重管理策略的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Reveal the potential heterogeneous trajectory of weight changes in patients with gastric cancer one year after surgery; (2) Analyze the multi-dimensional influencing factors of weight change trajectories; (3) Explore the correlation between the trajectory of weight change and postoperative prognosis; (4) Provide a theoretical basis for weight management strategies after gastric cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁； ②病理诊断为胃癌； ③接受根治性胃癌切除术； ④患者及家属能够理解并愿意参与本临床研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Pathological diagnosis is gastric cancer; 3. Undergo radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 4. The patient and their family members can understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并其他活动性恶性肿瘤； ②严重精神疾病或认知障碍（无法配合随访）； ③预期生存期＜1年（非肿瘤因素，如终末期器官衰竭）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other active malignant tumors; 2.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (unable to cooperate with follow-up); 3. Expected survival period < 1 year (non-tumor factors, such as end-stage organ failure).
