研究目的：

本研究旨在建立一个心肌损伤和心肌梗死住院患者队列，分析综合医院心肌损伤的疾病谱和危险因素。基于这些发现，我们将开发风险预测模型和标准化的临床路径，用于诊断和治疗院内心肌损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish an in-hospital patient cohort with myocardial injury and myocardial infarction to analyze the disease spectrum and risk factors of myocardial injury in comprehensive hospitals. Based on these findings, we will develop risk prediction models and standardized clinical pathways for the diagnosis and treatment of in-hospital myocardial injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有住院期间完成至少2次心肌损伤标记物检测的患者，心肌损伤标记物至少包含肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)两项；
2.至少一次心肌损伤标记物检验中cTnI水平高于正常检测上限(根据我院不同院区及检验系统不同，上限并不相同)；

Inclusion criteria

1. Hospitalized patients who underwent at least two measurements of myocardial injury biomarkers, including both cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB); 2. At least one measurement showing cTnI levels exceeding the upper reference limit;

排除标准：

1.住院期间心肌损伤标记物监测次数少于2次的患者；
2.住院期间心肌损伤标记物检验中，cTnI水平持续升高的患者；(如住院前发生ACS/AMI的患者)；
3.住院期间心肌损伤标记物检验中，cTnI水平持续正常的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with fewer than two measurements of myocardial injury biomarkers during hospitalization; 2. Patients demonstrating persistently rising cTnI levels during hospitalization (e.g., those with pre-admission ACS/AMI events); 3. Patients maintaining consistently normal cTnI levels throughout all biomarker testing during hospitalization.
