To develop an AI system to compare the imaging findings of shoulder and physical assessments for the elite athletes at different timepoint to identify the shoulder injury risk factors prior to implementing the specific injury prevention program to the Hong Kong elite athletes.

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full time elite athletes or healthy physically active subjects with tegner score over 6 2. Age >= 16 3. With or without any history of shoulder injury
