研究目的：

结合部分报道以及我们前期临床试验，部分带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者伴随不同程度的脊柱侧弯，但带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中脊柱侧弯发病率不详，这一观点的准确性还需进一步验证。 （1） 通过临床病例数统计，对发病部位在胸段、腰段的 PHN 患者以脊柱正位片检查的方式来进行脊柱侧弯发病率统计，用客观数据明确其发病率，为 PHN 与脊柱侧弯存在相关性提供更多证据。 （2）在此基础上，通过前瞻性、平行、随机对照试验，采用整脊手法联合超微针刀治疗 PHN 伴随脊柱侧弯的患者，治疗更具针对性，明确治疗效果，为完善 PHN 的病理机制和提升临床治疗能力提供新的试验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on some literature reports and our previous clinical trials, it was found that some patients with postherpetic neuralgia are accompanied by varying degrees of scoliosis, but the incidence of scoliosis among patients with postherpetic neuralgia is unknown. The accuracy of this view still needs to be further verified. (1) Based on the statistics of clinical cases, the incidence of scoliosis in PHN patients with the disease located in the thoracic and lumbar segments was statistically analyzed through anteroposterior spinal radiography. To clarify the incidence of scoliosis in patients with postherpetic neuralgia with objective data, and to provide more evidence for the correlation between PHN and scoliosis. (2) Through prospective, parallel, randomized controlled trials, Spinal Reduction combined with Acupotomy in the treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia,whose with Scoliosis.The treatment is professional, and the therapeutic effect was clarified.To provide new experimental evidence for improving the pathological mechanism of PHN and enhancing clinical treatment capabilities.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 20-70 岁，符合带状疱疹后遗神经痛诊断标准，发生在胸段、腰段的 PHN 并与之相对应的脊柱存在脊柱侧弯的患者，0°<=Cobb 角<= 30°者。 2.目前病情平稳，带状疱疹病程大于 1 个月，无皮肤感染等情况，疼痛数字分级评分法（VAS 评分）范围：2 分<=VAS 评分<=8 分。 3.无严重骨质疏松、脊柱结核、肿瘤等不宜采用整脊手法治疗者。 4.目前病情平稳，无本研究中药物治疗禁忌症，志愿同意并能配合完成本临床研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 20-70 years old, who meet the diagnostic criteria for postherpetic neuralgia, who have PHN in the thoracic and lumbar segments and have scoliosis in the corresponding spine, 0°<=Cobb angle<= 30°. 2. The current condition is stable, the course of herpes zoster is greater than 1 month, there is no skin infection, etc., and the pain numeric grading method (VAS score) range: 2 points<=VAS score<=8 points. 3. Those who do not have severe osteoporosis, spinal tuberculosis, tumors, etc., should not be treated with chiropractic techniques. 4. Those who are currently in stable condition, have no contraindications to drug treatment in this study, and are willing to agree and can cooperate with the completion of this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.隐匿性带状疱疹患者，或疱疹部位皮肤溃疡、感染，以及晕针者。 2.中途更换治疗方案者，或参与其他临床试验者，或存在本研究中所用药 物禁忌症者。 3.患有其他部位肿瘤、糖尿病、脑血管病等其他基础疾病症状未控制者。 4.备孕期、孕妇、精神障碍等其他因素不宜纳入本课题组患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with occult shingles, or skin ulcers, infections, and needle sickness at the herpes site. 2. Those who change treatment regimens midway, or participate in other clinical trials, or have drugs used in this study Those who have physical contraindications. 3. Those with uncontrolled symptoms of other underlying diseases such as tumors, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, etc. 4. Other factors such as pregnancy preparation, pregnant women, and mental disorders should not be included in this research group.

采用计算机应用SAS软件生成的随机数序列，依据各单位录入病例数据的先后顺序自动分配，随机化单元为单个患者，按1:1比例分配到对照组（超微针刀）和试验组（整脊手法+超微针刀）。

The random number sequence generated by the computer application SAS software was automatically allocated based on the order in which the case data were entered by each unit. The randomization unit was a single patient, and the ratio was 1:1 for the control group (ultra-micro needle knife) and the experimental group (chiropractic manipulation + ultra-micro needle knife).
