研究目的：

本研究是一项两阶段观察性研究，分别回顾性和前瞻性收集患者的病历资料，以专家组评定结果为金标准，由逻辑与行为拟人化的疾病辅助管理系统预测初步诊断、预后与结局，并提供检查方案、治疗方案，评价疾病辅助管理系统的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was a two-stage observational study, which retrospectively and prospectively collected the patients' medical records. Taking the results of expert evaluation as the gold standard, the logic and behavior personified disease assistant management system predicted the initial diagnosis, prognosis and outcome, and provided examination and treatment plans to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the disease assistant management system.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 18 岁（含）以上的男性或女性； 2.因消化系统相关症状或疾病就诊，根据病情需要需入院行相关检查进一步明确诊断； 3.有可获得的疾病诊疗过程中的病历信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female aged 18 years or above; 2. When visiting a doctor for symptoms or diseases related to the digestive system, relevant examinations should be performed to further confirm the diagnosis according to the condition; 3. Having available medical records of diagnosis and treatment.

排除标准：

1.孕期或哺乳期患者 2.最近5年存在药物或酒精滥用情况或有心理障碍； 3.研究者认为受试者不适宜参加临床试验的高危疾病或其它特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating patients 2. With drug or alcohol abuse or psychological disorders in the past 5 years; 3. High-risk diseases or other special conditions considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for clinical trial participation.
