研究目的：

研究非药物干预，包括饮食、代餐食品、营养素补充剂和运动等多方式干预人体对人体的肌肉量、体脂肪率、血糖、代谢性指标和体重的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different non-pharmacological interventions on subjects' muscle mass, body fat percentage, blood glucose, metabolic markers and weight.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在医院临床营养科的体重管理门诊就诊患者, 有计划进行体重管理的成人患者； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.能够配合进行膳食调查，有意愿通过饮食调整、营养素补充和运动来管理体重，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients visiting the weight management outpatient clinic of the clinical nutrition department of the hospital, adult patients who plan to undergo weight management; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Able to cooperate with dietary surveys, willing to manage weight through dietary adjustment, nutrient supplementation and exercise, and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的慢性疾病，或合并多种基础疾病； 2.病毒性肝炎、酒精型脂肪肝、器官衰竭、严重的肝脏、肾脏功能不全的患者; 3.患有严重的精神疾患； 4.存在急慢性感染; 5.过去2个月中体重波动>=5 kg； 6.过去半年内或目前正在接受减肥治疗（包括药物、手术、中医等治疗）； 7.男性饮用酒精量超过25 g/d，女性超过 15 g/d； 8.孕期、哺乳期女性； 9.因各种原因无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from serious chronic diseases, or combining multiple underlying diseases; 2. Patients with viral hepatitis, alcoholic fatty liver, organ failure, severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Suffering from severe mental illness; 4. Acute and chronic infection; 5. Weight fluctuations in the past 2 months>=5 kg; 6. Receiving weight loss treatment (including medication, surgery, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.) in the past six months or currently; 7. The amount of alcohol consumed by men exceeding 25 g/d and women exceeding 15 g/d; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Those who are unable to cooperate for various reasons.
