研究目的：

本研究旨在研究进食晚餐是否会对结果有影响，分析血糖、脂肪因子等与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停疾病的相关性，探讨其影响患者睡眠结构的潜在可能，从而科学合理指导患者进行睡眠监测，提高患者的监测舒适性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate whether eating dinner has an impact on sleep monitoring results, analyze the correlation between blood glucose, fat factors, and obstructive sleep apnea disease, explore the potential impact of these factors on patients' sleep structure, and provide scientific and reasonable guidance for patients to conduct sleep monitoring, thereby improving their monitoring comfort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18-70岁。 2)所有患者均符合美国睡眠医学学会（AASM）指南OSAHS诊断标准，包括轻度、中度及重度患者。 3)患者既往未诊断过OSAHS并且无呼吸暂停治疗史，如手术或持续气道正压通气治疗等。 4)患者知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-70 years old. 2. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for OSAHS according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines, including mild, moderate, and severe patients. 3. The patient has not been diagnosed with OSAHS in the past and has no history of respiratory arrest treatment, such as surgery or continuous positive airway pressure therapy. 4. The patient provided informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1)主观排斥纳入研究者。 2)合并其他肺部慢性疾病病史、严重感染、肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等严重疾病患者。 3)除OSA以外的睡眠障碍如中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停、周期性肢体运动综合征或发作性睡病患者。 4)使用精神药物和镇静催眠药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Subjective exclusion is included in the researchers. 2.Combine patients with a history of other chronic lung diseases, severe infections, liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, and other serious illnesses. 3.Sleep disorders other than OSA, such as central sleep apnea, periodic limb movement syndrome, or episodic sleep disorders. 4.Patients who use psychotropic and sedative hypnotic drugs.
