研究目的：

1.探讨红外热成像技术在肠造口还纳术后感染监测中的可行性和有效性 2.研究感染发生前后肠造口还纳术后切口温度的动态变化趋势 3.探讨红外热成像技术对肠造口还纳术术后切口感染的诊断效能  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of infrared thermal imaging in monitoring infection after enterostomy reduction 2. To study the dynamic change trend of incision temperature after enterostomy reduction before and after infection 3. To explore the diagnostic efficacy of infrared thermal imaging for postoperative incision infection after enterostomy reduction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄满18周岁；
2.因肠道疾病行临时肠造口术后需还纳的患者；
3.了解本研究同意并自愿签署知情同意书的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.At least 18 years of age;
2.Patients who need to be restored after temporary enterostomy due to intestinal disease;
3.Patients who consented to this study and voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾等脏器功能障碍；
2.患有免疫系统疾病或正在接受免疫抑制治疗；
3.切口周围有皮肤疾病等影响红外热成像监测的相关因素；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs;
2.Have an immune system disease or are receiving immunosuppressive treatment;
3.There are skin diseases around the incision and other relevant factors affecting infrared thermal imaging monitoring.

测量方法：

使用高分辨率的红外热成像仪进行扫描时做到定时间、定地点、定仪器、定距离。 数据均在上午8:00至11：30期间收取；地点定于科室内专门的换药室（内有稳定的温湿度及风向流速）；整个研究均使用该种型号的仪器,拍摄距离均平行于患者腹部30cm处，对切口及周围5cm范围内的区域进行成像，获取温度数据。
