本研究针对高浓度臭氧污染下基于人群健康风险分级的高温热浪健康预警模型构建研究项目形成的高浓度臭氧与高温热浪复合健康风险预警模型进一步开展适用性评价分析。在全国范围内选择信息化建设基础较好的重庆市和杭州市2个超大城市,开展社区高浓度臭氧与高温热浪复合健康风险预警干预应用,评估技术应用前后大气臭氧污染与高温热浪相关健康知识、健康素养、防护能力、以及臭氧与高温相关敏感健康终点(症状、发病等)发生频率的变化,分析评估预警干预效果,科学改进不足。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study conducts an applicability evaluation of the high-ozone and heat-wave compound health-risk early-warning model originally developed under the project "Construction of a Heat-Wave Health Early-Warning Model Based on Population Health-Risk Stratification under High Ozone Pollution." Two megacities with advanced health-information infrastructures—Chongqing and Hangzhou—were selected nationwide to implement community-level early-warning interventions for the combined risks of high ozone pollution and heat waves. Changes in knowledge of ozone- and heat-related health risks, health literacy, self-protection capacity, and the incidence of sensitive health endpoints (symptoms, morbidity, etc.) linked to ozone and heat exposure will be assessed before and after the intervention. The effectiveness of the early-warning interventions will be systematically analyzed to provide evidence-based refinements and improvements. |

①常住居民(居住半年以上),且近6个月内无外出计划; ②自愿参加并有较好的依从性,调查期间作息生活规律; ③老人年龄为60-74岁; ④有基本文字阅读理解能力; ⑤使用智能手机。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Permanent resident (having lived in the area for at least six months) with no plans to travel outside the area in the next six months; 2. Willing to participate and demonstrates good compliance; maintains a regular daily routine throughout the study period; 3. Aged 60–74 years; 4. Possesses basic literacy and reading comprehension; 5. Uses a smartphone. |

排除标准: |
①有视听障碍或语言障碍等不能接受问卷调查; ②具有严重精神或身体疾病影响接受预警干预相关行动; ③本人吸烟或酗酒或者家庭成员有吸烟行为; ④研究期间室内有燃香、艾灸等行为的室内空气污染严重的家庭; ⑤退休返聘人员; ⑥正在参加其他大气危险因素干预试验的个人; ⑦有兼职人员; ⑧不愿意参与调查者; ⑨没有或无法独自使用智能手机的个人。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Visual, hearing, or speech impairments that preclude completion of the questionnaire. 2. Severe mental or physical illness that would interfere with receiving or acting on early-warning interventions. 3. Current personal smoking or alcohol abuse, or household members who smoke. 4. Households where indoor air pollution is high due to incense burning, moxibustion, or similar practices during the study period. 5. Retired individuals who have been rehired. 6. Individuals concurrently participating in any other air-pollution intervention trial. 7. Individuals holding any form of part-time employment. 8. Unwillingness to participate in the survey. 9. Individuals who do not own or cannot independently use a smartphone. |

数据采集:流行病学调查数据采用纸质问卷进行收集,纸质问卷类别包括综合问卷(基线调查)、24小时问卷(跟踪调查)以及综合问卷(随访调查)。体格检查数据通过填写体格检查记录单采集,手环监测数据通过填写手环监测数据记录表采集,调查人员同步填写现场流转单的尿液样本采集部分,并在无菌标本杯上贴调查对象标签,然后收集尿样,并填写尿液样品采样记录单 数据管理: 流行病学调查数据与体格检查数据使用 EpiData 软件进行双人录入与数据清理,以确保数据的准确性和一致性。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data Collection: Epidemiological survey data are collected using paper questionnaires, which include the Comprehensive Baseline Questionnaire, the 24-hour Tracking Questionnaire, and the Comprehensive Follow-up Questionnaire. Physical examination data are recorded on the Physical Examination Record Form, and wearable device data are entered into the Wearable Device Monitoring Log. The Investigators simultaneously complete the urine collection section of the on-site Chain-of-Custody Form, affix a participant-specific label to the sterile specimen cup, collect the sample, and fill out the Urine Sample Collection Record. Data Management: Epidemiological and physical examination data are double-entered and cleaned in EpiData to ensure accuracy and consistency. |
