研究目的：

针对接受胸腔镜手术患者，评估不同温度的脂质体布比卡因在超声引导下前锯肌阻滞中的术后镇痛效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the postoperative analgesic effect of liposome bupivacaine at different temperatures in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under ultrasound guided anterior serrated muscle block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受择期全麻胸腔镜手术患者。
2.美国麻醉医师协会的评分为I-III。
3.沟通顺利，自愿参加，签署知情同意书并有能力遵守后续计划以及其他研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia.
2.It is rated I-III by the American College of Anesthesiologists.
3.Communicate well, participate voluntarily, sign informed consent forms and have the ability to comply with follow-up plans as well as other research requirements.

排除标准：

1.麻醉穿刺部位感染；
2.凝血功能障碍；
3.试验药物过敏；
4.上肢神经损伤或压迫，有精神疾病史。
5.过去3个月内参加过其他临床试验。
6.存在严重的器官衰竭，如心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死、呼吸衰竭、肾功能衰竭和肝功能衰竭。
7.慢性疼痛史或术前肺穿刺定位。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Anesthesia puncture site infection;
2.Coagulation disorders;
3.Experimental drug allergy;
4.Upper extremity nerve injury or compression, history of mental illness.
5.Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
6.There is severe organ failure, such as heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, kidney failure, and liver failure.
7.History of chronic pain or preoperative lung puncture localization.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本次研究将根据CRF的内容，利用数据库管理系统建立本实验独立数据库。所有数据的录入、审核和数据清理将严格遵循CDISC标准。半年一次对数据库中的SAE数据列表和安全信息进行核对。数据库的锁库与开库都需要严格按照数据管理SOP进行，申办方，DM和编程人员都需要参与签署相关申请表。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the content of CRF, this study will use the database management system to establish an independent database of this experiment. All data entry, review and data cleansing will be conducted in strict compliance with CDISC standards. Check the SAE data list and safety information in the database every six months. The locking and opening of the database should be carried out in strict accordance with the data management SOP, and the sponsor, DM and programmer should participate in signing the relevant application form.
