研究目的：

本研究拟通过临床随机对照研究，比较中段抽取法组和常规法组智齿拔除术后第二磨牙远中愈合情况。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a clinical randomized controlled trial to compare the distal healing of the second molar after wisdom tooth extraction between the mid - section extraction group and the conventional method group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-40岁 2) 临床中CBCT显示下颌阻生第三磨牙骨埋伏（近中和水平骨阻生） 3) 符合阻生智齿拔除适应证

Inclusion criteria

1 Age between 18 and 40 years old. 2 CBCT imaging shows mesioangular and horizontal bony impaction of the mandibular third molars. M 3eet the indications for extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.

排除标准：

1) 影响拔除手术的全身系统性疾病及免疫系统缺陷 2) 拔牙前3月内使用抗生素、激素类药物 3) 下颌第三磨牙龋齿、根尖病变、囊性病变 4) 下颌骨接受过放射治疗或双膦酸盐、抗血管生成药物

Exclusion criteria：

1 Systemic diseases affecting extraction surgery and immune system defects 2 Use of antibiotics or corticosteroids within three months before tooth extraction 3 Caries, periapical lesions, or cystic lesions in the mandibular third molar 4 Previous radiation therapy to the mandible or use of bisphosphonates, anti - angiogenic drugs
