研究目的：

1, 比较体外冲击波疗法（ESWT）治疗长骨骨折钢板内固定术后与髓内钉固定术后延迟愈合的愈合率；2. 评估ESWT对骨折内固定物结构完整性/松动风险的影响； 3. 评估影响ESWT治疗长骨骨折内固定术后延迟愈合有效性的负面预后因素； 4. 评估ESWT对长骨骨折内固定术后疼痛和功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the healing rates of delayed healing after steel plate internal fixation and intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of long bone fractures using extracorporeal shock wave therapy ; 2. Evaluate the impact of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the structural integrity/loosening risk of internal fixation in fractures; 3. Evaluate the negative prognostic factors that affect the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in treating delayed healing after internal fixation of long bone fractures; 4. Evaluate the impact of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on postoperative pain and function after internal fixation of long bone fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁； 2.长骨骨折（股骨、胫骨、肱骨）内固定术后骨折延迟愈合患者（＞＝4个月）； 3.至少随访12个月且数据完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-65 years old; 2. Patients with delayed healing of long bone fractures (femur, tibia, humerus) after internal fixation surgery (>= 4 months); 3.Follow up for at least 12 months and complete data.

排除标准：

1.术后感染或慢性骨髓炎 2.开放性骨折 3.恶性肿瘤 4.凝血功能障碍 5.病理性骨折

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative infection or chronic osteomyelitis 2. Open fractures 3. Malignant tumors 4. Coagulation dysfunction 5. Pathological fractures
