研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集绝经延迟人群的样本，并利用全外显子测序分析探索绝经延迟的原因及机制。期望能够揭示导致绝经延迟的关键调控基因及分子机制，为临床绝经期的评估提供分子指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect samples from individuals with delayed menopause and explore the causes and mechanisms of delayed menopause through whole exome sequencing analysis. We hope to reveal the key regulatory genes and molecular mechanisms that lead to delayed menopause, and provide molecular indicators for the evaluation of clinical menopause.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、绝经延长人群：（1）女性绝经年龄超过 53 周岁；（2）无 患有影响绝经的重大疾病，如糖尿病、生殖系统疾病等；（3） 无长期服用雌激素类药物；（4）无进行卵巢组织相关的重大 手术，如卵巢切除等。
2、正常对照人群：（1）女性绝经年龄在 45 至 52 周岁之间； （2）排除人工绝经的情况。

Inclusion criteria

1. Population with prolonged menopause: (1) Women over the age of 53 who have experienced menopause;(2) None Suffering from major diseases affecting menopause, such as diabetes, reproductive system diseases, etc;(3) No long-term use of estrogen drugs;(4) No significant ovarian tissue related studies have been conducted Surgery, such as oophorectomy. 2. Normal control population: (1) Women with menopausal age between 45 and 52 years old;(2) Exclude the situation of artificial menopause.

排除标准：

（1）患有影响绝经的重大疾病，如糖尿病、生殖系统疾病等； （2）长期服用雌激素类药物；（3）进行卵巢组织相关的重大 手术，如卵巢切除等。（4）有人工绝经的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from major diseases affecting menopause, such as diabetes, reproductive system diseases, etc; 2. Long term use of estrogen drugs; 3. Conduct significant ovarian tissue related research Surgery, such as oophorectomy. 4. There are cases of artificial menopause.
