研究目的：

建立基于 CRISPR 的肾移植术后 BK 病毒和 JC 病毒感染检测方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a CRISPR-based assay for detection of BK virus and JC virus infection after renal transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肾移植组： 1. 年龄≥18岁，性别不限； 2. 肾移植术后患者； 3. 在术后接受常规 BKV 或 JCV 病毒监测（如 qPCR）； 4. 有完整的临床资料，包括手术记录、用药信息、实验室检测等。 健康对照组： 1. 无肾移植史,且无 BKV和JCV 感染高危因素; 2. 18 岁及以上。

Inclusion criteria

Kidney transplantation group: 1. >= 18 years; 2. Post renal transplant patients; 3. Reciving routine BKV or JCV monitoring (qPCR) after surgery; 4. Complete clinical information is available, including surgical records, medication information, and laboratory tests. Healthy control group: 1. No history of renal transplantation and no risk factors for BKV and JCV infection. 2. >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1. 同时患有其他严重病毒性感染（如 EBV、CMV 活跃感染）影响判断者； 2. 其他器官移植史; 3. 严重合并症（慢性病、恶性肿瘤）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concurrent other serious viral infections (e.g., EBV, CMV active infection) that interfere with judgment; 2. History of other organ transplants; 3. Severe comorbidities (chronic diseases, malignant tumors).
