研究目的：

对分离株进行血清学分型和多位点序列分型，并进行相关毒力基因的检测，了解这些菌株的血清型、致病相关基因的分布情况，并可与MLST数据库进行比对，有助于种群分析和分子流行病学研究，并为单增李斯特菌引起的食源性疾病溯源提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Serotyping and multi-locus sequence typing of isolates, and detection of related virulence genes were carried out to understand the distribution of serotypes and pathogenic genes of these strains, which could be compared with the MLST database, which was helpful for population analysis and molecular epidemiological research, and provided basic data for the traceability of foodborne diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes.

纳入标准：

1.收集2012年-2022年期间瑞安市人民医院微生物室检出的单核细胞增生李斯特菌；
2.围产期孕妇及所产新生儿感染；

Inclusion criteria

1.Collect Listeria monocytogenes detected in the Microbiology Room of Rui'an People's Hospital from 2012 to 2022; 2.Infection of perinatal pregnant women and newborns.
