研究目的：

1.筛选经颅磁刺激治疗脑损伤后患者的优选靶点； 2.探索神经电生理对脑损伤后意识障碍患者有效检测方法并应用于临床； 3.为神经调控技术在脑损伤领域的应用及基础研究做铺垫。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Screen for optimal targets for transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with brain injury; 2. Explore effective neurophysiological detection methods for patients with disorders of consciousness after brain injury and apply them clinically; 3. Lay the groundwork for the application and basic research of neuromodulation techniques in the field of brain injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经头颅影像学检查明确诊断为颅脑损伤（脑出血、脑梗死、颅脑外伤和缺氧性脑病）且伴有意识障碍，GCS评分≤9分；2.脑损伤发病后2-12周内进行早期康复；3.年龄在18-60周岁；4.本次为脑损伤首次发病；5.生命体征平稳，没有其他严重内科疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1.Confirmed diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, and hypoxic encephalopathy) with associated disorders of consciousness, and a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score <= 9; 2.Early rehabilitation initiated within 2-12 weeks after the onset of brain injury; 3.Age between 18 and 60 years; 4.This is the first episode of brain injury; 5.Stable vital signs and no other severe medical conditions.

排除标准：

1.1月内有癫痫发作史；2.存在经颅磁刺激禁忌者，如体内有金属异物或有其他植入体内电子装置；3.颅骨缺损。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of seizures within the past month; 2.Individuals with contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as having metal foreign bodies inside the body or other implanted electronic devices; 3.Skull defect.
