研究目的：

主要目的：描述在研究期内，各分中心医院每年接诊治疗的青少年型复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病(Juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, JoRRP)和成人型复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病(Adult-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, AoRRP)病例数及总数，分析JoRRP患者和AoRRP患者的人口统计学特征及临床特征，以了解该病在不同年龄、地区的流行病学特征、疾病诊疗特点、复发和预后情况，以及随时间的变化趋势等。 次要目的：评估中国JoRRP和AoRRP患者的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型分布情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objectives: to describe the number and total number of juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomasis (JoRRP) and adult-onset recurrent respiratory papillomasis (AoRRP) cases treated in each sub-central hospital every year during the study period, and to analyze the demographic and clinical characteristics of JoRRP and AoRRP patients, so as to understand the epidemiological characteristics, disease diagnosis and treatment characteristics, recurrence and prognosis of the disease in different ages and regions, as well as the change trend over time. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in Chinese patients with JORRP and AoRRP.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 针对主要目的，纳入研究期内所有病理诊断为RRP的患者。 2. 针对次要目的，纳入在研究期内符合以下标准的患者样本： （1）病理诊断为RRP；（2）在既往手术中留存了病理组织蜡块/肿瘤组织，并能提供进行HPV基因分型检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. For the primary objective, all patients with pathological diagnosis of RRP during the study period will be included. 2. For the secondary objective, patient samples meeting the following criteria during the study period will be included: (1) Pathological diagnosis of RRP; (2) The pathological tissue wax block / tumor tissue was preserved in the previous surgical procedure, and it can be provided for HPV genotyping testing.

排除标准：

1. 针对次要目的： 根据实验室的标准，现有组织样本质量较低，无法对组织病理学和HPV感染状态进行适当评估 （例如组织块质量不佳、太薄或被判定为保存不当）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. For the secondary objective: according to the standards of the laboratory, the quality of the tissue samples is low, and the histopathology and HPV infection status cannot be properly evaluated (for example, the tissue block is of poor quality, too thin, or considered to be improperly preserved).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集:本研究据数据来自每位入组患者的电子病历记录，其中包括个人基本信息、与RRP相关的诊断及临床特征信息、治疗及预后情况。 2、数据管理:纸质资料存放于指定位置并配锁，钥匙由现场负责人与数据管理员保管:电子资料录入redcap电子数据库，进行保存核查与整理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data collection: the data of this study are from the electronic or paper medical record of each patient, including basic personal information, diagnosis and clinical characteristics related to RRP, treatment and prognosis information. 2. Data management: the paper data is stored in the designated location and equipped with a lock, and the key is kept by the on-site person in charge and the data manager: the electronic data is entered into the redcap electronic database for preservation, verification and sorting.
