研究目的：

探讨术后CKD-EPI2021方程能否作为A型主动脉夹层（STAAD）术后急性肾损伤（AKI）和术后短期死亡率的独立预测因子及其预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring whether the postoperative CKD-EPI2021 equation can serve as an independent predictor and predictive value for postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) and short-term mortality in type A aortic dissection (STAAD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁；（2）第一诊断为STAAD；（3）住院后急诊手术（≤14天）；（4）第一次入住ICU。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2.First diagnosis of STAAD; 3.Emergency surgery after hospitalisation (<=14 days); 4.First ICU admission.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜18岁；（2）第一诊断非STAAD；（3）非第一次入住ICU；（4）进入ICU后进行手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years; 2.First diagnosis of non-STAAD; 3.Not first ICU admission; 4.Surgery after ICU admission.
