研究目的：

1.基于计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)开发并形成抑郁症患者参与用药安全行为TPB问卷; 2.采用横断面研究方法,分析态度规范、主观规范、感知行为控制对抑郁症患者参与用药安全行为意向的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the TPB questionnaire for patients with depression to participate in medication safety behavior was developed and formed; 2.A cross-sectional study was used to analyze the effects of attitude norms, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior control on the intention of depressed patients to participate in drug safety behaviors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.被明确诊断为抑郁症（符合ICD-10/DSM-5诊断标准）； 2.年龄>=18岁且住院时间>=2周； 3.至少接受1种以上药物治疗； 4.具有良好的听说读写能力； 5.患者或家属对本研究知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with depression (meeting the ICD-10/DSM-5 diagnostic criteria); 2. Aged >=18 years and hospitalized for >=2 weeks; 3. Received treatment with at least one medication; 4. Possesses good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; 5. The patient or family member has informed consent for this study and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的认知障碍及躯体疾病； 2.处于疾病的急性发作期或急性自杀风险期者； 3.正在参与其他可能干扰本研究结果的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment and physical illness; 2. Acute phase of illness or acute risk of suicide; 3. Participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the results of this study.
