研究目的：

探究乳腺癌术后患者的淋巴水肿风险因素和预防行为现状及运动行为特征，探索影响预防行为依从性的关键因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the current status of lymphedema risk factors and preventive behaviors and characteristics of exercise behaviors in postoperative breast cancer patients, and to explore the key factors influencing adherence to preventive behaviors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病理诊断为乳腺癌I-III期；年龄18岁及以上；乳腺癌术后（包括乳房切除术、保乳手术和乳房重建手术）三个月内；术前上肢功能正常的患者；没有精神疾病或沟通障碍，能够正确理解研究人员呈现的内容；自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer stage I-III; Age 18 years and above; Within three months after breast cancer surgery (including mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery, and breast reconstruction surgery); Patients with normal upper limb function before surgery; No psychiatric illness or communication disorders, able to properly understand what the researcher is presenting; Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

手术前进行过化疗；患肢有深静脉炎或血栓；远处转移；患有心血管疾病、缺血性血管疾病、急性皮肤炎症、严重周围神经病变或关节疾病；双侧淋巴结清扫史。

Exclusion criteria：

Chemotherapy prior to surgery; deep phlebitis or thrombosis of the affected limb; distant metastases; Patients with cardiovascular disease, ischemic vascular disease, acute skin inflammation, severe peripheral neuropathy, or joint disease; History of bilateral lymph node dissection.
