研究目的：

本研究旨在通过科学实验，明确食品黑枸杞对肠道菌群结构与免疫功能的双向调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to clarify the bidirectional regulatory mechanism of active ingredients in Lycium ruthenicum on gut microbiota structure and immune function through scientific experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-35的男性 2.BMI 18.5-24.9 3.试验期间无饮用酒或酒精饮品 4.试验期间避免其他功能性食品、补剂；

Inclusion criteria

1.Men aged 20-35 ; 2.BMI 18.5-24.9; 3.No consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages during the trial period; 4.Avoid other functional foods and supplements during the trial period;

排除标准：

1.重大慢性疾病 2.免疫功能低下或使用免疫抑制剂/调节剂 3.近一个月摄入多酚类植物保健品及益生元等补剂 4.近一个月抗生素用药史 5.吸烟酗酒 6.肠道疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Major chronic diseases; 2.Immune dysfunction or use of immunosuppressants/modulators; 3.Intake of polyphenolic plant health supplements and prebiotics in the past month; 4.History of antibiotic use in the past month; 5.Smoking and excessive drinking; 6.Intestinal diseases.
