药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确定患有胃腺癌；
2.肿瘤位于上三分之一的胃；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed gastric carcinoma with or without neoadjuvant chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy;

排除标准：

1.远处转移；
2.患者存在严重基础病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.distant metastasis to other organs or distant lymph nodes confirmed pathologically or radiologically.
2.severe comorbidity;
