探讨碳酸氢钠林格液在颅内肿瘤切除术中液体治疗的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of sodium bicarbonate Ringer's solution in fluid therapy in intracanial tumor resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择2025年6月至2026年5月择期行颅脑肿瘤的患者，包括脑膜瘤、胶质瘤ASA分级I～III级，年龄18～64岁，性别不限，BMI 18～28 kg/m^2，预计手术时间3-6 h。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with elective brain tumors from June 2025 to May 2026, including meningioma and glioma ASA grade I~III, age 18~64 years old, gender unlimited, BMI 18~28 kg/m^2, and the estimated operation time is 3-6 h.

排除标准：

有癫痫发作，患高镁血症、甲状腺功能低下、糖尿病，合并严重心血管疾病及肝肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with epileptic seizures, hypermagnesemia, hypothyroidism, diabetes, combined with severe cardiovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction.

Blinding：

Those involved in patient recruitment and outcome assessment, and the data collectors, were completely blinded to the group assignments. The monitoring anesthetist was responsible for the patient’s safety only and did not participate in any other aspects of the procedure. Another anesthetist who was unblinded managed the administration of medications.Double-Blind.
