研究目的：

本课题拟基于肺腺癌术后患者的肺部肿瘤病灶数字病理图像，对 STAS 特征进行勾勒用以训练出用于检测 STAS 状态的模型，并对 STAS 状态进行定量及空间分析以实现患者的预后分层;并检测模型在不同队列中的泛化能力。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project intends to utilize the digital pathological images of pulmonary tumor lesions from postoperative lung adenocarcinoma patients. It aims to outline the STAS (spread through air spaces) features to train a model for detecting the STAS status. Additionally, quantitative and spatial analyses of the STAS status will be conducted to achieve prognostic stratification of patients. Moreover, the generalization ability of the model in different cohorts will be tested.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁； 2.系统完整的临床资料； 3.本中心术后患者，病理报告明确STAS状态； 4.具备完整的术后数字病理WSI图像以及可用的FFPE肿瘤组织； 5.经病理证实为肺腺癌的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years old; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. Postoperative patients in our center with a clear STAS status reported in the pathology report; 4. Complete postoperative digital pathology WSI images and available FFPE tumor tissues; 5. Patients with lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不全； 2.病理报告未明确STAS状态； 3.术前接受过化学治疗和/或靶向、免疫、放射治疗的患者； 4. 图像质量不佳； 5.无可评估肺组织。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Pathology report does not clearly state the STAS status; 3. Patients who have undergone chemotherapy and/or targeted, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy before surgery; 4. Poor image quality; 5. No evaluable lung tissue.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form, CRF Clinical statistics was handmade collected and managed by Acess platform. The CT images were retrieved using the picture archiving and communication system (PACS; Carestream, Canada) at each institution and stored anonymously. The images of digital histopathology were stored at each institution and stored anonymously.
