研究目的：

建立PCI术后患者健康的生活方式，纠正患者心血管疾病危险因素，减少冠心病再往院率，使患者重返职场，回归社会，提高患者生活质量。 形成一套标准心脏康复操运动处方护理流程，进一步提高我科对冠脉介入术后患者心脏康复的质量和水平。 促进心脏康复操在临床的进一步推广应用，并为心脏康复运动处方的实践提供新的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a healthy lifestyle for post PCI patients, correct cardiovascular disease risk factors, reduce readmission rates for coronary heart disease, enable patients to return to the workforce and society, and improve their quality of life. Establish a standard cardiac rehabilitation exercise prescription nursing process to further improve the quality and level of cardiac rehabilitation for patients after coronary intervention in our department. Promote the further promotion and application of cardiac rehabilitation exercises in clinical practice, and provide new evidence for the practice of cardiac rehabilitation exercise prescriptions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁的冠脉介入术后患者； 2.意识清楚，有良好的语言沟通能力； 3.经常规论疗，病情稳定； 4.签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Post coronary intervention patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. Clear consciousness and good language communication skills; 3. Regular treatment and stable condition; 4. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有其他严重器质性疾病； 2.心功能Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级患者； 3.不能坚持，主动提出退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having other serious organic diseases; 2. Patients with heart function levels III and IV; 3. Unable to persist, actively propose to withdraw.
