研究目的:

本研究目的是探讨机械通气患者呼吸力学特征和死亡的危险因素和临床病程,描述气体交换、呼吸生理改变,通过深度学习创建呼吸力学预警模型、呼吸支持趋势分析和预警、撤机模型、肺损伤模型,基于模型最佳呼吸支持治疗及呼吸机参数设置,以期对患者呼吸支持策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to explore the respiratory mechanics characteristics, risk factors for death and clinical course of patients with mechanical ventilation, describe gas exchange and respiratory physiological changes, create a respiratory mechanics early warning model, trend analysis and early warning of respiratory support, weaning model and lung injury model through deep learning, and based on the optimal respiratory support treatment and ventilator parameter setting of the model In order to provide a basis for the respiratory support strategies of patients.

纳入标准:

2019年1月至2024年12月收治ICU的患者;年龄≥18周岁;机械通气患者;重症患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted to the ICU from January 2019 to December 2024; Age >=18 years old; Patients with mechanical ventilation Critically ill patients.

排除标准:

签署了禁止复苏医嘱(DNR);从其他重症监护室转院病人;无有效的机械通气波形。

Exclusion criteria:

Signed the No-Resuscitation Order (DNR); Patients transferred from other intensive care units; There is no effective mechanical ventilation waveform.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection for this study was conducted using paper Case Record forms (CRF), which were filled out by the researchers based on the original medical records. Traces of modifications were required to be retained. The data were double-entered online through ResMan EDC (www.medresman.org).
