研究目的：

探讨不同剂量二甲双胍对超重和肥胖男性精神患者的体重、体重指数(又称体质指数，Body Mass Index，BMI)、腹围（WC）等指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effects of different doses of metformin on the weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), and other indicators of mentally ill male patients who are overweight or obese.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.受试者需符合ICD-10中精神障碍（包括精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁障碍、强迫障碍等）的诊断标准，由两名精神科主治医师再次核实诊断；病程>=6个月，并且在入组前至少已使用2个月抗精神病药物治疗； 2.BMI＞24，WC>=80cm或>=90cm； 3.年龄18-65岁； 4.近1个月病情稳定，临床疗效总评量表-严重程度（CGI-S）评分<=3分； 5.自愿参加本次实验

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects must meet the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders (including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.) in ICD-10, and the diagnosis will be re-verified by two psychiatric attending physicians; The course of the disease >=6 months, and antipsychotic medication has been used for at least 2 months prior to enrollment; 2. BMI>24, WC>=80cm or >=90cm; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. The condition was stable in the past 1 month, and the Clinical Efficacy Global Rating Scale-Severity (CGI-S) score was <=3 points; 5. Voluntarily participate in this experiment

排除标准：

1.合并肿瘤、慢性肾功能衰竭等严重躯体疾病； 2.空腹血糖浓度>6.1mmol/L；收缩压水平（SBP）>180mmHg；舒张压水平（DBP）>110mmHg；或血清甘油三酯水平>5.65mmol/L； 3.近半年内有生育计划； 4.对二甲双胍过敏； 5. 肝功能测试显示血清谷丙转氨酶（ALT）或血清谷草转氨酶（AST）水平高于正常范围的两倍； 6. 肾功能测试显示血尿素氮（BUN）或肌酐水平高于正常限值的两倍； 7.拒绝参加实验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with tumors, chronic renal failure and other serious physical diseases; 2. Fasting blood glucose concentration> 6.1mmol/L; Systolic blood pressure level (SBP) > 180mmHg; Diastolic blood pressure level (DBP) > 110 mmHg; or serum triglyceride level >5.65 mmol/L; 3. Have a birth plan in the past six months; 4. Allergy to metformin; 5. Liver function tests show serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels higher than twice the normal range; 6. Renal function tests show blood urea nitrogen (BUN) or creatinine levels higher than twice the normal limit; 7. Refusal to participate in the experiment
