研究目的：

通过研究文献报道与AMS相关的候选基因并筛选与AMS发病相关的基因，探索急性高原病的预警关键指标，对急性高原病人群进行相关基因筛查，以发现最佳的预测急进人群发生高原病的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the key factors for prediction of AMS, this study screen the reported candidate genes involed in the AMS, detect the optimal method to predict the susceptibility of AMS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.急进高原健康成人，年龄18-60岁，
2.按AMS诊断标准诊断为AMS的病人

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy adults rushing into plateau, aged from 18 to 60;
2. Patients diagnosed by AMS criteria.

排除标准：

近期(6月内）高原暴露史，有精神、神经系统疾病患者，依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

High altitude exposure history within past 6 months;
Patients with psychological or neurological disorder;
Patients with bad comp1iance.
