纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.拟全身麻醉下行择期手术的患者.

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.母语非汉语者； 2.存在听力、言语交流障碍者； 3.严重创伤、昏迷、意识不清者； 4.合并声带疾病或神经损伤导致声音异常者.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-native speakers of Chinese; 2.Patients with hearing and speech communication disorders; 3.Patients with severe trauma, coma, or unconsciousness; 4.Patients with vocal cord disorders or nerve injuries resulting in abnormal voice.
