研究目的：

为了探究急诊患者的不同应激心理状态下的情绪、心理的差异性及其对于采血疼痛程度和护理满意度的影响。为处于应激性心理状态的急诊患者减轻采血疼痛、提高护理满意度提出针对性的心理护理措施提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to explore the differences in emotions and psychology of emergency patients under different stress psychological states, and their impact on the degree of blood collection pain and nursing satisfaction. Provide theoretical basis for proposing targeted psychological nursing measures to alleviate blood collection pain and improve nursing satisfaction for emergency patients in a state of stress.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者有沟通交流能力及语言文字能力可以自行完成或者在家属的帮助下完成问卷； 2.患者为静脉穿刺一次性成功的患者，患者穿刺部位均选择肘部血管，静脉充盈、弹性好； 3.患者知情同意并自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with communication skills and language skills can complete the questionnaire by themselves or with the help of family members. 2.The patients were the patients with one-time successful venipuncture. The puncturing sites of the patients were all selected at the elbow, and the veins were full and elastic. 3.Patients gave informed consent and volunteered to participate.

排除标准：

1.患者存在严重认知功能障碍或精神障碍无法沟通交流； 2.血管条件不佳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has severe cognitive impairment or mental disorder and cannot communicate; 2. Patients with poor vascular condition.

研究者经统一培训，对急诊采血患者进行现场调查。调查前，研究者对患者使用统一指导语讲解研究目的与意义，征得患者及家属的理解配合，指导患者扫描二维码进行填写调查问卷并提交。采取线上方式发放、提交、收回并核对检查问卷。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers received unified training and conducted on-site investigations on emergency blood collection patients. Before the survey, the researchers used a unified guiding language to explain the research purpose and significance to the patients, obtained their understanding and cooperation, and guided the patients to scan the QR code to fill out the survey questionnaire and submit it. Distribute, submit, retrieve, and verify the questionnaire online.
