研究目的：

旨在全面了解儿童保健、疫苗接种门诊家长、成人疫苗受种者对流感疫苗接种的现状、认知水平及其影响因素，为提升成年人接种流感疫苗的覆盖率、减轻婴幼儿流感疾病负担，制定有效的公共卫生策略和提升流感疫苗接种率提供科学依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

It aims to fully understand the current situation, cognitive level and influencing factors of influenza vaccination of children's health care, vaccination outpatient parents and adult vaccine recipients, and to provide scientific basis and practical guidance to improve the coverage of influenza vaccination for adults, reduce the burden of infant and young children's influenza disease, formulate effective public health strategies and improve the influenza vaccination rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）儿童保健门诊陪同就诊的家长； （2）疫苗接种门诊陪同就诊的家长； （3）成人疫苗受种者； （4）能够理解并填写问卷者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Parents accompanying the children's health clinic; 2.Parents accompanying the vaccination clinic; 3.Adult vaccine recipients; 4.Those who can understand and fill in the questionnaire.

排除标准：

（1）存在严重语言障碍或认知障碍的家长及受种者； （2）有暴力倾向的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Parents and recipients with serious language disabilities or cognitive disabilities; 2.Those who tend to be violent.
