研究目的：

（1）监测脑出血患者在不同时间点（发病3天内、14天、1个月、2个月、4个月）血清IGF-1浓度的动态变化。 （2）分析血清IGF-1水平与脑出血严重程度及影像学表现及预后的相关性； （3）探索血清IGF-1作为脑出血修复生物标志物的临床价值； （4）为IGF-1相关药物及治疗（如rh生长激素、rhIGF-1等）的临床治疗时机提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To monitor the dynamic changes in serum IGF-1 concentration of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) at different time points: within 3 days, 14 days, 1 month, 2 months, and 4 months after onset. (2) To analyze the correlation between serum IGF-1 levels and the severity of ICH, imaging findings, and prognosis; (3) To explore the clinical value of serum IGF-1 as a biomarker for ICH repair; (4) To provide reference for the clinical treatment timing of IGF-1-related drugs and therapies (such as recombinant human growth hormone, rhIGF-1, etc.).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18～75岁； 2. 脑出血患者（NIHSS≥5分）； 3. 脑损伤前无遗留有功能障碍的脑血管疾病； 4. 伤后72小时入院； 5. BMI≤28.

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) with NIHSS score >=5; 3. No history of cerebrovascular diseases with residual functional deficits before brain injury; 4. Admitted to the hospital within 72 hours after injury; 5. BMI <=28;

排除标准：

1.有严重心、肝、肾，肺功能障碍者； 2.筛查时糖化血红蛋白>9.0%； 3. 有下丘脑-垂体相关疾病、严重内分泌疾病； 4.近半年使用过影响内分泌功能的药物（如糖皮质激素、生长激素）； 5.正在怀孕患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or pulmonary dysfunction; 2. Glycated hemoglobin >9.0% at screening; 3. History of hypothalamic-pituitary related diseases or severe endocrine disorders; 4. Use of drugs affecting endocrine function (such as glucocorticoids, growth hormone) within the past six months; 5. Pregnant patients;
