研究目的：

1. 开展阿克苏区域眼病流行病学调查，掌握50岁及以上人群主要致盲性眼病的患病率、眼病疾病谱及关键风险因素。 2. 验证数字智能化筛查体系的准确性与可行性，评估其在基层环境中的技术表现与成本效益。同时构建基于AI和远程医疗的闭环筛查流程，提升基层筛查与管理能力，推动服务体系标准化。 3. 探索可推广的筛查模式，为西部地区乃至全国眼病防控工作提供示范样本和技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Conduct an epidemiological survey of eye diseases in Aksu region to understand the prevalence of major blinding eye diseases, the spectrum of eye diseases, and key risk factors among the population aged 50 and above. 2. Validate the accuracy and feasibility of the digital intelligent screening system, and evaluate its technical performance and cost-effectiveness in grassroots settings. Meanwhile, construct a closed-loop screening process based on AI and telemedicine to enhance grassroots screening and management capabilities, and promote the standardization of service systems. 3. Explore a promotable screening model to provide a demonstration sample and technical support for eye disease prevention and control work in western regions and even nationwide.

纳入标准：

1.阿克苏地区常住居民； 2.年龄>=50岁； 3.对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Permanent residents of Aksu Prefecture; 2. Age>=50 years; 3. Informed consent to this study.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究或拒绝将信息用于统计分析； 2.无法配合完成眼部检查或问卷调查； 3.暂居居民（连续居住时间小于6个月）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to participate in this study or refuse to use the information for statistical analysis; 2. Unable to cooperate in completing eye examinations or questionnaires; 3. Temporary residents (continuous residence for less than 6 months).

In this study, stratified random sampling was employed for screening purposes. Participants were stratified based on gender, age groups, and regional distribution, and a computer-generated random number table was used to select samples within each stratum. This approach ensures representativeness of the sample and minimizes bias caused by uneven distribution of population characteristics. The randomization process was conducted by an independent research team, and both researchers and screening personnel remained blinded to the allocation to maximize the scientific rigor and fairness of the screening data.
