研究目的：

建立早期（T1）肾癌患者队列，并基于前瞻性队列比较免缝合技术和传统缝合技术对接受腹腔镜/机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术后患者短期和长期肾功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a cohort of early (T1) renal cancer patients and compare the effects of suture-free and traditional suture techniques on short-term and long-term renal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic/robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy based on a prospective cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.T1期肾肿瘤，行肾部分切除术；
2.龄女性应为同意在研究期间和研究结束后 12 个月内必须采用避孕措施（如宫内节育器，避孕药或避孕套）；必须为非哺乳期患者；
3.同意完成该项目要求的各项检查，包括核素肾动态GFR；

Inclusion criteria

1. T1 renal tumor undergoing partial nephrectomy. 2. Women of childbearing age must agree to use contraception (such as intrauterine devices, contraceptive pills, or other methods) during the study period and for 12 months after the study ends; 3. Agree to complete all examinations required by the project, including nuclear renal dynamic GFR.

排除标准：

1.术前诊断为肾错构瘤；
2.在研究期内合并其他可能影响患者肾功能的疾病（研究者判断）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative diagnosis of renal hamartoma; 2. The presence of other diseases during the study period that may impact renal function (as determined by the investigator).
