探讨容量填充对沙滩椅位下肩关节镜手术患者的心肌功能保护作用研究，为优化手术体位选择和围手术期管理提供科学依据。评估沙滩椅位手术对患者心脏功能的潜在影响，并提出相应的预防和干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring study on the myocardial function protection effect of fluid resuscitation in patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy in beach chair position, providing scientific basis for optimizing surgical position selection and perioperative management. Assess the potential impact of beach chair surgery on patients' cardiac function and propose corresponding prevention and intervention measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄55-75岁，BMI 18~30Kg/㎡，ASA I~II级，NYHA I~II级。

Inclusion criteria

Age 55~75 years old,BMI 18~30Kg/㎡,ASA Grade I to II,NYHA Grade I to II.

排除标准：

半年内新发脑血管疾病、未规律服用抗高血压药物且血压控制不佳、心力衰竭、心肌病、严重心律失常等患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with new cerebrovascular diseases within half a year, irregular use of antihypertensive drugs and poor blood pressure control, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, severe arrhythmia, etc.
