以神经外科术后肺部并发症的相关危险因素构建预测模型, 并探究炎症代谢指标在此预测模型中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

A prediction model was constructed based on the related risk factors of pulmonary complications after neurosurgery, and the role of inflammatory metabolic indicators in this prediction model was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①2023.01-2024.12于华山医院行气管插管全麻下神经外科手术的成人患者（≥18岁）； ②知情同意者或免除知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Adult patients (≥18 years old) who underwent neurosurgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation at Huashan Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024; 2.Those who have given informed consent or those exempted from informed consent.

排除标准：

①年龄小于18岁； ②非全身麻醉下手术和未行气管插管； ③再次手术或术中死亡； ④经过数据填补仍存在缺失值。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years old; 2. Surgery under non-general anesthesia and no tracheal intubation; 3. Reoperation or intraoperative death; 4. After data imputation, there are still missing values.
