研究目的：

探讨德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液对于血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病的治疗效果，并将研究成果进行报告。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of insulin Degludec and Liraglutide injectino on obese type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control, and report the research results.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者及其家属需充分了解本研究内容，并签署知情同意书； 2. 2型糖尿病患者，年龄≥18岁； 3. 患者需满足《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》所规定的2型糖尿病诊断标准[18]； 4. 已接受内分泌专科医师的规范化治疗超过3个月； 5. 体质符合肥胖标准，即体重指数（BMI）>24 kg/m2 6. 对本研究使用的药物无过敏反应。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients and their families need to fully understand the content of this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Patients with type 2.2 diabetes, age >= 18 years; 3. Patients need to meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes specified in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020 Edition) [18]; 4. Have received standardized treatment from endocrinologists for more than 3 months; 5. Physical fitness meets the obesity criteria, i.e. body mass index (BMI)>24 kg/m^2. 6. No allergic reactions to the drugs used in this study.

排除标准：

1. 患有恶性肿瘤的患者； 2. 处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性； 3. 患有严重精神疾病或存在严重意识障碍的患者； 4. 处于糖尿病高血糖高渗状态或糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患者； 5.急性和慢性胰腺炎病史； 6. 依从性较差，无法配合完成研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors;
2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
3. Patients with severe mental illness or serious consciousness disorders;
4. Patients with diabetes hyperglycemia and hyperosmolality or diabetes ketoacidosis;
5. History of acute and chronic pancreatitis;
6. Patients with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate in completing the study.
