研究目的：

本研究将纳入临床新型冠状病毒感染患者，收集其临床信息，系统归纳整理新型冠状病毒感染期间神经功能损害的临床表现、实验室指标变化特点、影像学特征、治疗后转归，为我国后续新型冠状病毒感染的神经功能损害的救治可提供更多的临床指引，为更好地规避神经系统远期并发症提供预见性处理建议。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will include clinical patients with novel coronavirus infection, collect their clinical information, systematically summarize the clinical manifestations, laboratory index changes, imaging features, and outcomes of neurological function damage during novel coronavirus infection, and provide more clinical guidance for the treatment of neurological function damage caused by novel coronavirus infection in China. To provide predictive management suggestions for avoiding long-term complications of nervous system.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性或女性，年龄>=15岁； 2.根据《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（第十版）》确诊为新型冠状病毒感染患者； 3.有身份证号可作为唯一可识别 ID（或姓名，性别，年龄）； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female, age >=15 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with novel coronavirus infection according to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Infection (10th Edition)"; 3. Have an ID number that can be used as a unique identifiable ID (or name, gender, age); 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.临床数据不明（如对起病时间、既往治疗方案不明确等）； 2.研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unclear clinical data (e.g., unclear onset time, previous treatment regimen, etc.); 2. Patients who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
