分析真空辅助旋切术后明确为乳腺癌的病例开展保乳手术的可行性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

to analyze the feasibility and safety of performing Breast-Conserving surgery for cases confirmed as breast cancer following vacuum-assisted breast excision

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理证实为乳腺原发性恶性肿瘤； （2）采用真空辅助旋切术或粗针穿刺或肿块切除术方式切除乳房肿块； （3）接受乳腺癌保乳根治性手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Histopathologically confirmed primary malignant tumor of the breast; (2) Underwent removal of breast mass via Vacuum-Assisted Breast Biopsy, Core Needle Biopsy (CNB), or Lumpectomy; (3) Received breast-conserving radical surgery for breast cancer.

排除标准：

（1）诊断时乳腺癌已有远处转移； （2）未接受乳腺癌根治性手术； （3）cT2及以上

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of distant metastasis from breast cancer upon diagnosis; (2) Did not undergo radical surgery for breast cancer; (3) cT2 stage and higher.
