研究目的：

探讨衰弱评估联合预康复策略对胆总管结石ERCP术老年患者机体活动能力、心理状态、营养水平及临床结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of frailty assessment combined with pre-rehabilitation strategy on physical activity, mental state, nutritional level and clinical outcome in elderly patients with common bile duct stones undergoing ERCP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合胆总管结石的诊断标准和ERCP指征；
2.均由我院同一组医师成功完成首次ERCP+ENBD；
3.患者年龄≥60岁；
4.患者意识清楚，认知功能正常，衰弱指数（Frail index，FI）≥3分；

Inclusion criteria

1.All patients met the diagnostic criteria and ERCP indications for choledocholithiasis; 2.The first ERCP+ENBD was successfully performed by the same group of doctors in our hospital; 3.Patients were >= 60 years old; 4.The patient was conscious, with normal cognitive function and Frail index (FI) >= 3 points;

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全，以及血液、内分泌系统功能障碍者；
2.有胆总管手术史，胆肠吻合手术史，以及胆道恶性肿瘤的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, blood and endocrine system dysfunction;
2.Patients with a history of common bile duct surgery, bilioenteric anastomosis, and biliary malignancy;

A method of assessing exercise capacity by walking on a flat road and measuring the 6-minute walk distance (6MWD), which was monitored and recorded by the investigator before and after the intervention, and the 6-minute walk distance (6MWD) was measured. The 6MWD increase was defined as the difference of 6MWD between the first day before surgery and the first day after admission of more than 20m, and the 6MWD increase rate was the percentage of the total number of cases with the increase rate.
