研究目的：

研究预后营养指数（PNI）和老年营养风险指数（GNRI）对转子间骨折老年患者术后 1 年死亡率的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive value of the Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) and the Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI) for 1-year postoperative mortality in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥ 65 岁； (2) 单侧转子间骨折； (3) 在本院接受 PFNA 装置手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 65 years; (2) Unilateral intertrochanteric fracture; (3) Surgical treatment with PFNA device in our institution.

排除标准：

(1)合并恶性肿瘤； (2)同侧髋关节曾接受过手术治疗； (3)同时存在其他部位损伤； (4)陈旧性转子间骨折（受伤后 3 周出现）； (5)临床资料不完整或失去随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Concurrent malignant tumor; (2) Prior surgical intervention on ipsilateral hip; (3) Presence of concomitant other major injuries; (4) Old intertrochanteric fracture (presenting >3 weeks after injury); (5) Incomplete clinical documentation or loss to follow-up.
