研究目的：

（1） 研究ENO1在乳腺癌细胞和正常乳腺细胞中的表达差异； （2） 揭示ENO1在乳腺癌细胞中的生物学功能； （3） 揭示ENO1介导乳腺癌细胞糖代谢重编程的作用机制； （4） 在体内模型研究USP46-ENO1复合物在乳腺癌细胞中的功能。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the expression differences of ENO1 in breast cancer cells and normal breast cells; (2) Reveal the biological functions of ENO1 in breast cancer cells; (3) Uncover the mechanism by which ENO1 mediates glucose metabolic reprogramming in breast cancer cells; (4) Study the function of the USP46-ENO1 complex in breast cancer cells using in vivo models.

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊为乳腺癌的女性患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology;

排除标准：

1.男性乳腺癌患者；2、远处转移的患者；3、非浸润性乳腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Male breast cancer patients; 2. Patients with distant metastases; 3. Non-invasive breast cancer.
