研究目的：

良好的医患沟通不仅有助于提升患者的依从性和治疗效果，也在一定程度上缓解了医疗冲突，改善了就医体验。因此，我希望通过访谈研究，深入了解医患沟通中的关键要素与改进空间，为优化临床沟通模式、提升医疗服务质量提供支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Good doctor-patient communication not only helps to improve patients' compliance and treatment effect, but also alleviates medical conflicts and improves the medical experience to a certain extent. Therefore, I hope that through the interview and research, I can have a deep understanding of the key elements and improvement space in the communication between doctors and patients, so as to provide support for optimizing the clinical communication mode and improving the quality of medical services.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.认知访谈-患者/肿瘤幸存者：1)12-24岁; 1)被诊断患有任何类型的癌症; 2)目前正在接受手术、化疗、放疗或进行骨髓移植，或者; 3)已完成癌症治疗，并且在认知访谈时距离癌症治疗结束不到两年; 4)能够说中文，其水平足以参与访谈； 2.认知访谈-父母/看护人:1)成年父母或看护人年龄大于或等于18岁; 1)0-24 岁患有癌症的儿童、青少年或年轻成人的父母或看护人，目前正在接受手术、化疗、放疗或进行骨髓移植，或者; 2)已完成癌症治疗并且在认知汇报时距离癌症治疗结束不到两年的0- 24岁儿童、青少年或年轻成人的父母或看护人，或者; 3)在0-24岁被诊断患癌并且在认知汇报时距离患者死亡不到两年的儿童、青少年或年轻成人的丧亲父母; 4)能够说中文，其水平足以参与访谈；

Inclusion criteria

1.Cognitive interview- -patients / tumor survivors:1)12-24 years old; 1) Being diagnosed with any type of cancer; 2) Currently undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a bone marrow transplant, or; 3) Completed cancer treatment and was less than two years after completing cancer treatment at the time of the cognitive interview; 4) Be able to speak Chinese, good enough to participate in the interview; 2.Cognitive Interview-Parents / Caregivers: 1) The adult parents or caregivers are greater than or equal to 18 years old; 1) Parents or caregivers of children, adolescents or young adult with cancer aged 0-24 years, who are currently undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation or bone marrow transplant, or; 2) Parents or caregivers of children aged 0-24 years, adolescents or young adults who have completed cancer treatment and are less than two years before the end of cancer treatment at the time of cognitive reporting, or; 3) bereavement parents of children, adolescents or young adults diagnosed with cancer aged 0-24 and less than two years away at the time of cognitive reporting; 4) Be able to speak Chinese, good enough to participate in the interview;
