本研究拟探讨健康教育智能推荐引擎对内在能力减退老年人的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to investigate the effectiveness of a health education smart recommendation engine intervention for older adults with declines in intrinsic capacity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁； 2.4分<内在能力评分<=8分，即内在能力减退者； 3.具有正常沟通交流能力，可配合调查及相关测试者; 4.能熟练使用智能手机； 5.知情同意，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=60 years; 2.4 points

排除标准：

1.疾病终末期，预期寿命＜6个月者； 2.急危重症患者； 3.严重痴呆或严重失能不能完成调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a life expectancy of < 6 months in the terminal stage of the disease; 2. Critically ill patients; 3. Those with severe dementia or severe disability who are unable to complete the survey.

按照1：1比例将研究对象随机分为两组。干预开始前，根据研究所需样本量，采用SPSS 26.0 统计分析软件包生成60个随机数字，并对其按照1-60进行编号，然后随机分为干预组和对照组。

Participants were randomly divided into two groups at a 1:1 ratio. Before the start of the intervention, 60 random numbers were generated using the SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software package according to the sample size required for the study, and they were numbered on a scale of 1-60, and then randomly divided into intervention and control groups.
