研究目的：

本研究旨在识别和分析输尿管软镜碎石取石术中影响结石完全清除与未完全清除的危险因素，以改善手术策略和提高结石清除率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the risk factors affecting the complete and incomplete removal of calculi during ureteral flexible lithotripsy in order to improve the surgical strategy and increase the removal rate of calculi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.超声、IVU或CT检查明确存在肾结石，结石长径≦2.0cm、CT值≦1000Hu；
2.需要进行输尿管软镜碎石术治疗的肾结石患者；
3.年龄18-75岁，性别不限；
4.同意签署知情同意书并能遵循医嘱、定期复诊随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ultrasound, IVU or CT examination confirmed the presence of kidney stones, stone length diameter <=2.0cm, CT value <=1000Hu; 2.Patients with kidney stones requiring ureteral soft lithotripsy; 3.Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; 4.Agree to sign informed consent forms and be able to follow medical advice and regular follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能异常；
2.不能承受手术的心肺功能障碍；
3.不能配合完成研究；
4.双下肢畸形不能配合手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Abnormal coagulation function;
2.Cardiopulmonary dysfunction that cannot withstand surgery;
3.Unable to cooperate to complete the study;
4.Deformities of both lower limbs can not cooperate with surgery.
