验证生物力学刺激下颌骨大范围缺损内源性再生的拓扑优化3D打印PEEK网络支架的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

Verify the safety and effectiveness of the topologically optimized 3D-printed PEEK network scaffold for endogenous regeneration of large-scale mandibular bone defects under biomechanical stimulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄30-55岁,男女不限; 2.下颌骨经影像学检查发生大面积明显骨质破坏,诊断为颌骨囊肿、成釉细胞瘤或者其他颌骨良性肿瘤需行下颌骨节段性截骨的患者; 3.颞下颌关节部位良性肿瘤及严重骨质破坏的关节吸收需行颞下颌关节重建的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 30 to 55 years old, gender not restricted. 2. Patients with extensive and obvious bone destruction in the mandible as confirmed by imaging examinations, diagnosed with mandibular cysts, ameloblastomas or other benign mandibular tumors, and requiring segmental mandibular osteotomy. 3. Patients with benign tumors or severe bone destruction in the temporomandibular joint area leading to joint absorption and requiring temporomandibular joint reconstruction.

排除标准:

1.控制不佳的糖尿病患者,严重心脑血管疾病或其他全身系统性疾病不能耐受全麻手术的患者; 2.服用双膦酸盐等抑制骨代谢的患者; 3.近期进行放射治疗或化疗的患者; 4.妊娠期患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with poorly controlled diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 2. Patients taking bisphosphonates or other drugs that inhibit bone metabolism; 3. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy recently; 4. Pregnant patients.
